We schedule 12 months worth of appointments in advance which gives you access to dates and times ahead of any non-VIP customers with a regular appointment every 4 weeks and a 15% saving on a regular priced groom. 

The benefits to this popular scheme are:

Maintenance: Regular grooming limits risks of matting and the unexpected extra costs incurred with ad-hoc grooming (see policies section) - this means no unexpected extra time on the grooming table trying to remove lots of mats and tangles 

Stress Reduction: Our regular dogs become more accustomed to the salon environment making them feel more confident with each visit and even enjoying their pamper time with us 

Example: a typical small Bichon/Cavachon breed is £45 for a full groom which if groomed every 6-8 weeks on average will be somewhere around £370 a year which will include the tackling of some matting on a few visits.

The VIP scheme ultimately removes those risks with regular grooms and maintenance ensuring your Bichon/Cavachon is always looking in tip top condition all year round for just £38 every 4 weeks, which with the 12th groom being completely free totals approx. £400 for the year. 

So all those benefits equalling no more than the cost of a takeaway over the year.
